Privacy Policy

The short version

Chromium B.S.U. collects no personal data whatsoever. It does not track you, does not show ads, does not require an account, and does not communicate with any external server during gameplay. Your high score is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and never leaves your device.

Data controller

TRISIMIO SL (CIF: B06916753), a Spanish Sociedad Limitada registered in Madrid, Spain, is the data controller for this application within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información (LSSI).

Data we collect

Chromium B.S.U. does not collect any personal data. The following table reflects the complete contents of the app's PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest submitted to Apple:

Game session data, scores, or replays sent to any server
Microphone or camera input
Photos or files from your device
Contacts or calendar

Local storage — Required Reason API

The app uses iOS UserDefaults exclusively to persist your chosen difficulty level and audio volume settings between sessions. This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Game Center

The app integrates Apple Game Center for optional leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is operated entirely by Apple Inc. If you are signed in to Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center alias and score data according to Apple's Privacy Policy. Game Center participation is entirely optional and the game is fully playable without it.

Third-party services

Chromium B.S.U. does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDK. There are no calls to external servers during gameplay. The only network activity is optional Game Center communication with Apple's servers.

Purchases

The app is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple Inc. TRISIMIO SL does not receive or store any payment card details. For purchase-related matters, refer to Apple's billing support.

Children's privacy

The app is rated 9+ on the App Store. Given that no personal data is collected, the app is inherently safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Your rights under GDPR

As a user in the European Union you have the following rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

Right of access — request a copy of data held about you.
Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data.
Right of erasure — request deletion of data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to restriction — limit how your data is processed.
Right to portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
