These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application Chromium B.S.U. ("App"), published by TRISIMIO SL (CIF: B06916753), a Sociedad Limitada registered in Madrid, Spain ("Publisher", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This licence does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign or otherwise commercially exploit the App; modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the App (except as permitted by applicable law); or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
The iOS port, Metal renderer, touch input layer, HUD, and all original code created by TRISIMIO SL are © 2026 TRISIMIO SL. All rights reserved.
Open-source attribution — Chromium B.S.U. original
The underlying game engine, game logic, enemy AI, level design, audio assets, and original sprite artwork are derived from Chromium B.S.U. © Mark B. Allan, distributed under the Clarified Artistic License. Source code available at chromium-bsu.sourceforge.net.
In accordance with the Clarified Artistic License, the original source is unmodified in spirit; modifications are limited to platform-adaptation (Metal renderer substituting OpenGL, AVFoundation substituting OpenAL, UIKit/GameController input layer). The Clarified Artistic License text is included in the app bundle.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (including "Trimonkey" and "TRISIMIO") are the property of their respective owners. Apple, App Store, Game Center, and MFi are trademarks of Apple Inc.
The App is available as a one-time paid download at 2.99 EUR (price may vary by region and Apple pricing tiers). The purchase is processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or additional charges within the App.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. TRISIMIO SL does not process refunds independently.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. Game Center participation is optional and governed solely by Apple's terms.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is rated 9+ on the App Store for infrequent/mild cartoon or fantasy violence (spaceship explosions, no blood, no human characters). Parents should apply their own judgement for children under 9.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Spanish and EU law, TRISIMIO SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Spanish Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (LGDCU).
We may release updates to the App at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, though we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice. Once purchased, you retain the right to download any version previously made available on the App Store, subject to Apple's policies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights or forum choices.
For EU consumers, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via an App Store update notice or on this page.
